Master Schedule Reports

Note: There is an Aspen System Reports user guide that shows examples of all the reports that come standard with Aspen. It is available from the Help menu > User Guides > Aspen System Reports. Flip through it to become more familiar with the offerings.

You can run the following master schedule reports:

• Course Request List Report
• Course Request Verification Report
• Course Tally Report
• Requests Not Scheduled Report
• Room Utilization Report
• Schedule Rule Summary Report
• Student Schedule Matrix
• Student Schedule Summary Report
• Student Schedule Breakdown Report
• Study Balance Count Report
• Study Class List Report
• Study Hall Balance Summary Report
• Teacher Utilization Report

To run a master schedule report:

1. Log on to the School view.
2. Select Schedule > Master.
3. Select Options > Reports > report name.
4. Fill out the fields in the pop-up.
5. Click Run.
